Welcome to Guru Kirpa Farm House. By booking our venue or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of an advance payment.
- The balance amount must be paid before the event date as per the agreed schedule.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- Date changes are subject to availability and management approval.
- In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, the management reserves the right to reschedule the event.
3. Event Timings
- All events must strictly adhere to the agreed time slots.
- Any extension beyond the permitted time will attract additional charges.
- Late-night music is subject to local authority permissions.
4. Catering Policy
- Catering services are either in-house or approved vendors only.
- Outside catering is not allowed unless prior written permission is granted by management.
- Menu and per-plate charges must be finalized in advance.
5. Décor & Setup
- Décor changes and customization must be finalized at least 7 days before the event.
- Any damage to property, décor items, furniture, or fixtures will be charged to the client.
- Use of nails, drilling, firecrackers, smoke machines, or hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Alcohol & Smoking Policy
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only with valid licenses and approvals.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
7. Guest Conduct
- The client is responsible for the behavior of all guests.
- Any misconduct, damage, or violation of rules may lead to immediate termination of the event without any refund.
8. Parking & Valet
- Ample parking is available; however, the venue is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings.
- Valet service is available on request.
9. Force Majeure
The venue shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, or emergencies.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if the terms are violated or if any activity is deemed unsafe, illegal, or harmful.
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
